Q: CAN THE AG INDUSTRY BENEFIT FROM INDUSTRIAL FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY/TECHNIQUES?
Absolutely! All water, depending on its original source can contain different minerals, contaminants and solids. Utilizing specialty medias, chemical injection or proprietary technology, we can control the exact water makeup required by the crop for maximum yield, regardless of the environment, or type of farming.
Q: DO YOU OFFER ASME CODE VESSELS?
At Everfilt® we provide solutions, solutions engineered specifically for your project. ASME code and non-code systems are available from Everfilt® and always made in U.S.A. Looking for more than ASME code? We have the capability to provide Failure Analysis, Seismic Loading and Stress Analysis results, just to name a few!
Q: WHAT ARE THE MOST-COMMON WATER/EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS EVERFILT® COMES ACROSS, THAT REQUIRES SIMPLE MAINTENANCE, YET IS OFTEN OVERLOOKED AND BECOMES A COSTLY OVERSIGHT?
The most common issues we see is preventive maintenance on the filter systems.
Maintaining and cleaning the screen inside the "Y" Strainer, this is a critical component that is responsible for feeding the backwash valve clean water, for proper valve actuation.
Maintaining or installing the correct media in conjunction with the correct amounts.
PD ( pressure differential ) Switch operating and set correctly. This is a great secondary option to avoid over-pressurizing or damaging your filter station, when properly calibrated.

Q: WHAT MAKES THE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS AT EVERFILT® SO DIFFERENT FROM EVERYONE ELSE?
Everfilt® manufactures all systems and equipment in the U.S.A., right here in Mira Loma, California. Doing so allows hands-on quality control, quicker lead times, and the ability to build custom filtration systems to the customers specifications. There isn't always a product that's a perfect fit when a customer is forced to pick from a catalog, and we understand that. With that being said, one of our in-house engineers can assist you through the entire project with ease.
Q: HOW IMPORTANT IS THE FILTRATION MEDIA YOU USE FOR FILTRATION?
Selecting or using the appropriate media recommended by the manufacturer is CRITICAL. Manufacturers design, engineer, and fabricate systems and equipment to achieve an expected result, for a set period of time. Flow rates, pressure ratings, and system optimization are all factors that must be taken into consideration to offer a quality product. All medias have individual characteristics, and requirements to be EFFECTIVE, and be accounted for.
