NOTICE OF PROCESSING FEES
Dear Valued Customers,
At Everfilt® Water Filtration Systems, we take pride in supporting our customers long after systems are installed. With more than 45+ years of project history, we maintain an extensive archive of drawings, specifications, submittals, manuals, and technical documentation to assist with troubleshooting and system optimization.
Due to the significant time, resources, and storage required to maintain and retrieve documentation for legacy systems, Everfilt® will implement a $250 processing fee for requests involving equipment that is 10 years or older.
This processing fee applies to:

Retrieval of archived project files

Review of legacy system drawings & documentation

Technical support related to older equipment configurations

Troubleshooting assistance requiring historical file research
Maintaining nearly five decades of project records allows us to continue supporting long-term customers with accuracy and reliability. This fee enables our team to dedicate the appropriate time and resources to locate, review, and provide the detailed information necessary to properly assist you. Our goal remains the same: to deliver responsive, knowledgeable service and ensure your system continues operating at peak performance.
