Welder

Pressure Vessels NOW HIRING

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications

  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and FCAW

  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components

  • Operate power tools and equipment necessary for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal

  • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

 

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role

  • Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and FCAW

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication

  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems

  • Experience operating cranes and forklifts is a plus

  • Proficient in steel fabrication 

AutoCAD Drafter / Inventor (Level I, II, or III)

Pressure Vessels NOW HIRING

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed shop drawings and prints for fabrication

  • Interpret customer specifications and drawings accurately

  • Process engineering change orders (ECOs) and revisions

  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM/BOE)

  • Model assemblies, weldments, and parts in Autodesk Inventor

  • Support design and manufacturing with proper documentation

  • Ensure designs align with fabrication processes and capabilities

 

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • 2–5 years minimum drafting experience (water filtration or pressure vessel industry preferred)

  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2012+ and Autodesk Inventor 2012+

  • Experience using Autodesk Vault Manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of water filtration and wastewater treatment systems

  • Knowledge of process piping and automation is a plus

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer drawings

  • Familiarity with metal fabrication tools and processes

  • Basic calculation skills and mechanical aptitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and organized

Industrial Painter

Pressure Vessels POSITION FILLED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products for material condition before painting

  • Perform surface prep and minor repairs (scratches, dents, dings)

  • Mix and apply primer and topcoat for a glossy, presentable finish

  • Clean and maintain paint equipment, booth, and surrounding area

  • Maintain OSHA/AQMD logs as required

  • Operate forklift as needed for booth loading/unloading

 

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Industrial painting, including primer and topcoat application

  • Knowledge of single and two-component paint systems

  • Touch-up and finish work to ensure high quality

  • Equipment and area maintenance

  • 1+ year painting experience (manufacturing preferred)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus 

  • Valid California Driver’s License

Machine Shop Assistant

Industrial Manufacturing POSITION FILLED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take precise measurements using calipers and micrometers

  • Operate drill press, grinders, and other air tools

  • Perform metal finishing and grinding

  • Move and inventory materials

  • Operate forklift (certification required)

  • Support general shop operations as needed

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid California Driver’s License

  • 1+ year of experience in a machine or welding shop

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools/machinery

  • Lathe experience and basic computer skills are a plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus 

Yard Operator

Industrial Manufacturing POSITION FILLED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, weigh, and prepare items for packaging

  • Pick, pull, and pack orders accurately

  • Modify pallets for secure shipping

  • Load/unload trucks and move materials as needed

  • Maintain inventory levels and reorder supplies

  • Keep yard clean and inventory organized

  • Operate forklift (certification required)

  • Assist in general shop tasks as needed

  • Follow all safety procedures and standards

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid California Driver’s License

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately

  • Basic mechanical aptitude

  • Experience with air tools, drill press, and grinders a plus

  • Team-oriented and dependable

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus 

Scheduling: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Full Time 
4/10 Work Schedule (Mon-Thur)

Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
