Industrial Painter
Pressure Vessels
Key Responsibilities:
-
Inspect products for material condition before painting
-
Perform surface prep and minor repairs (scratches, dents, dings)
-
Mix and apply primer and topcoat for a glossy, presentable finish
-
Clean and maintain paint equipment, booth, and surrounding area
-
Maintain OSHA/AQMD logs as required
-
Operate forklift as needed for booth loading/unloading
Preferred Experience & Skills:
-
Industrial painting, including primer and topcoat application
-
Knowledge of single and two-component paint systems
-
Touch-up and finish work to ensure high quality
-
Equipment and area maintenance
-
1+ year painting experience (manufacturing preferred)
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
-
Valid California Driver’s License
Machine Shop Assistant
Industrial Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
-
Take precise measurements using calipers and micrometers
-
Operate drill press, grinders, and other air tools
-
Perform metal finishing and grinding
-
Move and inventory materials
-
Operate forklift (certification required)
-
Support general shop operations as needed
-
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Valid California Driver’s License
-
1+ year of experience in a machine or welding shop
-
Forklift operation experience
-
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools/machinery
-
Lathe experience and basic computer skills are a plus
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Yard Operator
Industrial Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
-
Measure, weigh, and prepare items for packaging
-
Pick, pull, and pack orders accurately
-
Modify pallets for secure shipping
-
Load/unload trucks and move materials as needed
-
Maintain inventory levels and reorder supplies
-
Keep yard clean and inventory organized
-
Operate forklift (certification required)
-
Assist in general shop tasks as needed
-
Follow all safety procedures and standards
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Valid California Driver’s License
-
Forklift operation experience
-
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
-
Basic mechanical aptitude
-
Experience with air tools, drill press, and grinders a plus
-
Team-oriented and dependable
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
