STAINLESS STEEL SLOPED SCREEN FILTER

description

LHS-Series Sloped Screen Filters – Stainless Steel Solids Separation for Food Production, Fisheries & Commercial Applications

Everfilt’s® LHS-Series Sloped Screen Filters are engineered for heavy-duty solids separation in industries where durability, sanitation, and efficiency are critical—food production, fisheries, and commercial water treatment operations.

Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, including both the housing and
wedge wire screens, the LHS-Series Sloped Screen Filter provides long-lasting, corrosion-resistant performance with zero moving parts, resulting in reduced maintenance and maximum uptime. These self-cleaning screen strainers are designed to efficiently remove up to 25% solid content from water and other low-viscosity liquids, making them ideal for pre-treatment or primary separation processes.

Optimized for Bulk Solid Removal

Whether handling fish processing water, wastewater from food production, or wash-down flows in commercial facilities, the LHS-Series Sloped Screen Filter provides consistent performance with sloped screen geometry that uses gravity and flow momentum for effective solids discharge—no motors, no mechanical parts, no problem.

Available Sizes & Mesh Options for Versatility

Widths: 20", 30", 36", 48", and 60"

Flow Capacity: Up to 550 GPM (dependent on screen mesh)

Mesh Sizes: 35, 50, 75, 100, 150, and 200

Key BENEFITS

  • 100% 304SS construction for hygienic and corrosion-resistant operation
