STAINLESS STEEL CARTRIDGE SCREEN FILTER
description
SMS-Series WEDGE WIRE Screen Filters – Built for Industry, Engineered for Precision
SMS-Series Wedge Wire Screen Filters are designed for high-performance filtration across agriculture, industrial, commercial, and municipal systems. Built around a single-piece, all-welded stainless steel profile wire construction, the SMS-Series offers unmatched strength, durability, and flow efficiency, backed by a 125 PSI max rating and 400 PSI burst strength.
Each unit features Everfilt’s fixed-slot wedge wire design, ensuring consistent filtration and full-surface reverse-flow backwashing with zero blind spots. Unlike woven mesh, the SMS-Series’ welded slots maintain precise tolerances and resist distortion under pressure, making them ideal for critical applications.
Available in a wide range of micron options—35, 50, 75, 100, 150, and 200—the SMS-Series adapts easily to project-specific filtration needs. Designed for simple maintenance, these filters include a ribbed high-strength housing, cartridge alignment system, and grooved coupling compatibility. Choose from Manual, Manual Flush, or Automatic Flush configurations to meet operational preferences.
