Each filter housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, with ribbed reinforcement for increased collapse strength and long-term structural integrity. The easy-access T-handle lid ensures quick maintenance without disrupting operation. Inside each unit, Everfilt’s TURBO SCREEN cartridge utilizes wedge wire screen technology and is engineered to withstand deadhead conditions, ensuring zero blowout risk and total media retention even during extreme pressure fluctuations.

Optimized Self-Cleaning Performance

Cleaning is simplified and automated: by opening the flush port valve, only 2–5% of total flow is diverted to initiate the self-cleaning process, keeping the system running efficiently with minimal water loss.
