STAK-Series "Stacked" Screen Filter units are designed to deliver high-volume, automatic filtration in a compact package. Suitable for both organic and inorganic solids removal. Solids removal is accomplished by an all-welded stainless steel single unit, made of 304SS stainless steel or 316SS wedge wire. With a collapse strength of 125 PSI and a burst strength of 400 PSI, the cartridges are immune to blowouts, collapse, rupture or tearing that is common from woven or perforated screens. Available in 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 mesh sizes. Simplicity is key, if operating requirements change, the filter cartridges can easily be replaced for a different mesh size, keeping you up and running in the most challenging conditions. The housing cartridge has an easy enclosure and cartridge aligner for quick removal and inspection of filter cartridges. Added ribbed details for superior strength, fitted grooved couplings at inlet and outlet and carbon steel options are all available features of these robust units. The STAK-Series Stacked Screen Filters come standard with a carbon steel skid, which allows unit to ship assembled for minimal labor requirements upon arrival.
