'NEW' LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
GOES INTO EFFECT: 1/1/2026 | PURCHASES FROM 12/01/2025 TO PRESENT, WILL BE GRANDFATHERED
Everfilt® Water Filtration warrants that all products manufactured by Everfilt® shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, excluding paint, coatings, and finishes, under normal use and service conditions.
Warranty Period
-
Five (5) years from the date of shipment for products with non-lined interior surfaces. ( premature failure due to non-disclosed potential harmful chemicals or corrosive elements contact manufacturer )

Five (5) years from the date of shipment for products utilizing interior linings, epoxy and fuze coat, excludes normal wear and tear from use.

Reconditioned products: One (1) year warranty

Epoxy composite products: Sixty (60) days warranty
Warranty Limitations
This Everfilt® Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty does not apply to, and expressly excludes, damage or failure resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, abrasion, corrosion, chemical attack, extreme environmental conditions, improper storage, improper installation, improper application, improper operation, unauthorized modification or repair, or natural disasters, ( flood, fire, tornados etc. )
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and may not be assigned to new owners.
Everfilt’s warranty obligation is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, at Everfilt’s sole discretion. This warranty covers the product only and expressly excludes all freight, shipping, handling, removal, reinstallation, and labor costs.
Exclusive Warranty
This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Everfilt® disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No verbal statements, representations, or agreements made by Everfilt® employees, agents, distributors, or representatives shall constitute a warranty or modify the terms of this warranty.
All non-standard, special-order, or custom-manufactured products are produced based on specifications and information supplied by the purchaser, and Everfilt® shall not be responsible for performance issues arising from such specifications.
Warranty Claims
Written notice of any warranty claim must be received by Everfilt’s Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of discovery of the alleged defect. The notice must include all relevant information regarding the claim.

Upon receipt and review of the claim, Everfilt® will provide instructions for return of the product. All products must be shipped freight prepaid to the designated service location. Everfilt® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product found to have an original manufacturing defect upon arrival and in depth inspection of problematic area of concern.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper application, or improper maintenance.

Paints, coatings, finishes, rubber components, gaskets, screens, or mesh.
-
Products altered or repaired by anyone other than Everfilt® or an authorized Everfilt® service representative are voided under warranty.

Components or subsystems manufactured by others and covered by separate manufacturer warranties.

Electrical components not manufactured by Everfilt®, which are subject to their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Everfilt® shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to vegetation loss, property damage, lost production time, loss of use, cost of substitute equipment or services, or personal injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or misapplication.
Legal Time Limitation
No claim or cause of action may be brought unless it is covered by this Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
and commenced within one (1) month after the defect was discovered or reasonably should have
been discovered.
Warranty Procedure
To ensure efficient processing of warranty claims, all returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Everfilt®.
Returned Merchandise Requirements:

RMA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container, crate or packages.

All shipments must be prepaid by customer.

Everfilt® does not reimburse freight, shipping, or handling costs unless arranged by a Everfilt® representative prior.

Everfilt® will repair or replace, at its discretion, parts determined to have original manufacturing defects after inspection.
General Warranty Guidelines
This Limited Warranty applies only to original manufacturing defects and does not cover damage occurring during transportation, warehousing, installation, or use by distributors, installers, or end users.
Everfilt’s remedy may include:

Repair of the returned product and return to the distributor.

Replacement with new or refurbished equipment.

Determination of the appropriate remedy solely by Everfilt®.
Examples of non-covered conditions include:

Improper installation or application.
-
Product alteration or unauthorized repair.
-
Abuse, mishandling, vandalism, or accidents.

Chemical attack or corrosion.
This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Everfilt® Water Filtration.
No employee or agent is authorized to alter or expand this warranty in any manner.
