Everfilt® quote pricing is VALID for 14 DAYS from the above date listed

on all quotes sent and accepted by the customer.

Manufacturing of ANY and ALL systems/equipment will NOT begin construction until 40% customer deposit is received and cleared.

Freight Cost is NOT included in the quote, unless the customer requests this option. Freight is to be covered by the customer, unless prior arrangements have been made, and must be outlined prior to receiving the purchase order.

NET 30 Terms exist for specific dealers/customers and is NOT applicable unless otherwise agreed upon by Everfilt® and the dealer/customer.
