I-Series Iron Removal Media Filtration Systems utilize DMI-65® or Greensand Plus™ as its source for media filtration, layered of a gravel base covering and protecting the 304SS stainless steel wedge wire underdrains. For specialty projects, Everfilt® will provide custom media packs to meet clients projects needs. The I-Series is designed with features in mind to make day-to-day operations simple. Large side access manways for easy access to interior of each vessel, removable 304SS stainless steel wedge wire underdrains, heavy duty skids with D-rings for securing, pneumatic or hydraulic valve operation, fabricated backwash manifolds, 3M-134 NSF-Approved interior coating and heavy duty fuze coated exterior coating with UV resistant additive are key features of the I-Series Iron Removal Media Filtration Systems. When properly configured, the I-Series line offers exceptional results when iron content is as high as 25 PPM.
