The Everfilt® X-Series Multi-Stage Filtration System is a compact, high-performance filtration solution designed specifically for the food and beverage industry, where water clarity, safety, and taste integrity are non-negotiable. 3-STAGE ADVANCED FILTRATION
 

• Stage One – Multi-media filtration vessel removes particulates down to 5 microns.

• Stage Two – Choose DMI-65® or Greensand Plus™ media for targeted removal of iron, manganese, and arsenic up to 25 PPM (when used with the Everfilt® CI-Series injection skid).

• Stage Three – 60" deep bed of GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) eliminates chlorine, color, and odor, enhancing water quality for brewing, blending, or processing.

Designed for compact spaces, the X-Series features independent backwash for each tank to prevent media cross-contamination and maintain consistent performance. Isolation valves allow for maintenance without shutting down the entire system, keeping production flowing.

Each vessel is outfitted with removable 304 stainless steel wedge wire underdrains—no PVC, no false bottoms—ensuring hygienic operation and long-term reliability. The exterior is finished with an NSF61-approved, industrial-grade fuze coat gloss coating, and the interior is lined with a food-safe epoxy for superior corrosion protection.
