Requirement: Remove vegetable peels and skins from wash water, so the water can be recycled.

Flow Range: 450 GPM

Special Factors: Because of the large solids in the wash water and heavy solids loading, a static screen filter with a .009" slot opening was required.

Solution: A LHS-Series Static Screen Filter, model LHS60, with 75 mesh stainless steel wedge wire screen, in a 60" wide 304 stainless steel housing.
